Quality in construction doesn’t happen by accident. It’s driven by people who care, project managers who hold the line, subcontractors who own their work, and leaders who build a culture where getting it right the first time is the standard, not the exception.

The Construction Quality Management Awards are a joint initiative by Construction Quality Australia (CQA) and Visibuild. They exist to shine a light on those people, and to make the case, loudly, that quality is worth celebrating.

Each year, we recognise the standout projects, teams, and individuals who are using data, process, and genuine commitment to lift standards across the industry.
